Accomplices – association for the exploration of multimedia forms of expression provides analog worlds to the digital endeavors of Schmiede and invites the Smiths to participate:

The participatory project “Fail Station” by Clara Frühwirth was conceived to create an incentive to talk more about our failures. Participants have the opportunity to submit individual experience reports in response to the question “What is your most memorable failure so far?” and have them illustrated by Clara in the form of a postcard. The visualisation of one’s own experience is presented in the form of an exhibition. This creates a continuously growing spectrum of submitted failure topics.

Ivanka Penjak is dedicated to various thematic complexes using photography, among other things. In the artist talk format “The Gorkbauers focus” her work will be presented with an invitation to take part in the exchange. Accomplices – Verein zur Erkundung multimedialer Ausdrucksformen stellt den digitalen Unterfangen der Schmiede analoge Welten zur Seite und lädt zur Partizipation ein:

Das partizipative Projekt «Fail Station» von Clara Frühwirth wurde konzipiert, um einen Anreiz dafür zu schaffen, vermehrt über unsere Misserfolge in Austausch zu kommen. Teilnehmende haben die Möglichkeit, auf die Frage «Was ist Dein bisher einprägsamster Misserfolg?» individuelle Erfahrungsberichte einzureichen und von Clara in Form einer Ansichtskarte illustrieren zu lassen. Die Visualisierung der eigenen Erfahrung wird in Form einer Ausstellung präsentiert. So entsteht ein kontinuierlich wachsendes Spektrum an eingereichten Misserfolgsthemen. fail-station.com

Ivanka Penjak widmet sich verschiedenen Themenkomplexen mittels Photographie u.a. Im Artist Talk Format „Die Gorkbauers fokussieren“ werden ihre Arbeiten vorgestellt mit der Einladung sich am Austausch zu beteiligen.
